Job Description

The Role

Performance Marketing

  • Hands-on management of Meta, Google and TikTok advertising accounts.
  • Campaign builds, optimisation, budget allocation and performance analysis.
  • Diagnose underperforming campaigns and implement turnaround plans.
  • Drive customer acquisition, revenue growth and marketing efficiency.
  • Identify and scale growth opportunities.

Creative & Content Performance

  • Own the creative strategy behind paid media performance.
  • Develop testing roadmaps, messaging and campaign concepts.
  • Brief and direct graphic designers, video editors and content creators.
  • Ensure a continuous pipeline of performance-focused creative assets.

UGC & Creator Programs

  • Develop and manage UGC and creator content initiatives.
  • Create creator briefs, scripts and content frameworks.
  • Direct content production to improve advertising performance.
  • Build repeatable content systems that support growth.

Founder Partnership

  • Work directly with founders and operators to solve growth challenges.
  • Contribute commercially, not just tactically.
  • Bring ideas, challenge assumptions and identify opportunities.
  • Take ownership of outcomes, not simply activity.

Essential Experience

  • 5+ years' experience in performance marketing, growth or digital acquisition.
  • Strong hands-on expertise across Meta and Google Ads.
  • Experience working with beauty, wellness, lifestyle, retail or eCommerce brands.
  • Proven ability to improve performance and scale revenue.
  • Experience directing creative production and UGC programs.
  • Strong commercial acumen and analytical capability.

Work Arrangement

  • Part-time, hybrid role based in Sydney NSW
