Product Manager, SEM Marketing Landing Pages
Position Type: 12-18 Month Fixed Term Contract (Parental Cover)
Level: Mid and Senior level
Location: Berlin (Friedrichshain) - 3+ days a week in office

Who you are
- Have 3-5+ years of hands-on experience in product management, preferably in a B2C tech, e-commerce, or travel company
- Possess a proven ability to independently manage and ship product features in an agile environment
- Have demonstrated experience owning product features from concept to launch, including managing a backlog and working with engineering squads
- Maintain strong analytical skills, with experience in A/B testing and data analysis to drive strategic decisions
- Have excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build consensus across technical and non-technical teams
- Bring a strong sense of user empathy and a passion for building products that solve real-world traveler problems
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or have equivalent hands-on professional experience
- Thrive in a high-ownership environment where you can take initiative and move projects forward with minimal supervision
What the job involves
- Own and optimize SEM Marketing Landing Pages—the critical first touchpoint for millions of travelers finding their perfect trip through search marketing
- Bridge marketing performance with user experience, driving measurable improvements through rigorous experimentation and data-driven optimization
- Lead a cross-functional team including Engineering, Design, SEO, and Performance Marketing to develop, test, and iterate on landing page experiences that convert
- Own the hypothesis-to-insight pipeline: identifying opportunities, designing A/B tests, analyzing results, and translating findings into actionable product improvements
- Balance long-term vision with the discipline of rapid testing and learning
- Own the SEM landing page product roadmap, prioritizing features and experiments based on conversion impact, user experience, and alignment with marketing objectives
- Design and execute a continuous testing program, developing hypotheses, running A/B and multivariate tests, and driving statistically rigorous analysis to inform product decisions
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with Engineering (who build the pages), SEO (for organic/paid alignment), Design (for user experience), and Performance Marketing (for campaign strategy and goals)
- Manage the full product lifecycle for landing page features, from initial concept and user research through technical requirements, sprint planning, launch, and post-launch measurement
- Analyze performance data using SQL, analytics tools, and testing platforms to identify friction points, growth opportunities, and winning variations
- Champion the user perspective while balancing business goals, ensuring landing pages deliver value to travelers while meeting marketing efficiency targets
- Communicate insights and progress to product leadership and marketing stakeholders, translating test results into strategic recommendations
- Drive continuous improvement through iterative testing, performance monitoring, and a relentless focus on conversion rate optimization
