  • Worked directly with Chief Digital Officer to improve the State’s digital experience with a focus on streamlining services and supporting public engagement for a state of over 19 million
  • Oversaw the complete redesign of NY.Gov, main New York State website, with 1.1 million monthly page views. Implemented research, design, development, content creation and launch within 9 months by coordinating internal resources and website design firm
  • Managed relationships with nonprofits, tech companies and other potential partners in New York State to build public-private partnerships that help serve New Yorkers digitally

  NYC Digital under the Mayor's Office of Media and Entertainment was Mayor Bloomberg's effort to create a new entity for citywide digital strategy that engaged, served and connected the public, making government more efficient and citizen-centric.

  • Part of small team that successfully completed all of NYC's digital roadmap objectives in less than 3 years
  • Directed tech initiatives including: launched NYC’s top-level domain program, managed student placements at NYC tech companies, constructed small business digital toolkits, launched resources for startups including a map of 1,000+ NYC jobs
  • Planned and executed social media and tech sector events, challenges and hackathons for hundreds of participants including partnerships and related marketing
