Assist in leading direction of Corp IT technology initiatives including stabilization and improvement, and security of existing environment plus selection and delivery of new systems/services. Mentor junior staff/act as backup for Lead Desktop Support Tech. Recently completed move of corporate headquarters, relocating entire company to new office over a single weekend, meeting stringent uptime requirements. Implement security standards across Corp IT platform. Provide explanations and recommendations to Executive staff. Manage multiple technology projects including system integration with Warner Bros. corporate (PeopleSoft, EmployeeConnection, Concur Travel & Expense, Confluence/JIRA).
