The reconfigured lobby removes an imposing switchback stone stair to improve flow and introduce flexible lounge zones, concierge services, and an artisanal coffee bar—amenities that
support connection and elevate the tenant experience. The pedestrian sky-bridge is similarly transformed: dark cladding and low ceilings give way to bright finishes, cove lighting, and improved visibility, creating a safer and more welcoming path between the tower and parking garage.
