    • I designed & launched two new 350,000 sq ft facilities designs in Baltimore, MD, and Las Vegas, NV to support the growing capacity & sales objectives for the organization. This included launching new operational products (such as a Logistics Revenue business, Wholesale B2B shipping and new Customer Service offerings), developing & refining operational processes for execution within the warehouses and the hiring plans to expand network support.
    • During the growth of the business, I created the measurement tools necessary to track network performance across safety, productivity & quality. Upon establishing a baseline set of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), I was able to drive a ~50% improvement in Variable Cost per Unit (VCPU) as a result of optimization of layout, process changes and people development.

    • My team and I were responsible for optimization of process standards across all North American delivery station locations, including the implementation, training, and documentation of all Under the Roof (UTR) and On the Road (OTR) programs and technological processes. Through my leadership and collaboration with operational stakeholders, we were able to identify process opportunities that led to network cost reductions and significant improvements in service, capacity, and margin.
