## Head of Supply Chain

### Key Responsibilities:

• Combine the UK and Netherlands supply chain teams into one Group function with clear roles, responsibilities and consistent ways of working

• Redesign processes, governance and success measures to create a simple, scalable operating model in collaboration with Buying and Operations teams

• Deliver supply chain KPIs across availability, warehouse utilisation, stock cover and peak readiness

• Reduce total stock value by more than 30% through improved forecasting, replenishment and stock control

• Reduce UK pallet volumes by more than 25% to enable exit from third-party storage

• Own supply chain planning and stock optimisation using Slim4 and data-led forecasting

• Lead readiness for key seasonal peaks including Christmas, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day and Father's Day

• Bring New Markets (USA, Australia, Ireland) into the team's scope, including Slim4 expansion

• Lead and develop UK and NL teams through a period of change

• Coach team leads and assess long-term leadership potential

• Recommend and implement a sustainable future leadership structure

### About You:

• Proven experience leading supply chain transformation in e-commerce or D2C; relevant retail or FMCG experience also considered.

• Proven track record of reducing inventory and working capital while maintaining product availability

• Strong expertise in forecasting, replenishment, stock optimisation and supplier coordination

• Experience combining teams and embedding consistent ways of working across markets

• Strong experience managing peak trading cycles in seasonal environments

• Ability to coach and develop leaders while shaping future team structures

• Experience implementing supply chain planning tools, ideally Slim4 or similar

As a Head of Product Design, you’ll play a critical role in shaping high-quality, emotionally resonant digital experiences across our responsive web platform and native mobile apps. You’ll coach others to raise the bar for design craft and user experience across our digital ecosystem, ensuring customer journeys are intuitive, efficient, delightful, and aligned to both user needs and business goals.

You’ll lead design across Frequency, taking ownership of one of our most critical business areas - building the “Moonpig habit” and increasing how often customers choose us throughout the year. Working closely with Product, Engineering, CRM, Brand and senior leaders across the business, you’ll operate with a high degree of autonomy, influencing strategy, ways of working and how our brand shows up across key customer journeys. ### Key Responsibilities:

- Define and communicate the Frequency design strategy across Plus, Reminders, App and Editor.
- Translate company goals into clear design principles and direction that guide teams.
- Inspire cross-tribe collaboration and elevate design quality across end-to-end journeys.

### About you:

- Proven experience leading Product Designers in a fast-paced, tech-led environment.
- Experience as a Head of Product Design, owning design strategy for a complex product area.
- Comfortable balancing strategic leadership with hands-on craft, staying close to execution.
- Strong people leader with experience coaching senior ICs.
- Able to co-create and unlock long-term design vision across multiple teams and disciplines.
- Deeply user-centred, with a passion for embedding customer insight into design decisions.
- An excellent communicator who can clearly articulate design rationale and influence senior stakeholders.

We're looking for a **Senior CRM Executive** to join our New Markets team on a **6-month fixed-term contract**. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape how we engage customers across our Irish, Australian, and US markets while contributing to the future growth of Moonpig Group.

Working closely with the CRM Manager, you'll use customer insights and data to design, deliver, and optimise CRM programmes that engage, inspire, and retain customers. You'll bring fresh thinking, a passion for CRM, and a curiosity for growth marketing, helping us build stronger customer relationships and increase customer lifetime value.

### Key Responsibilities

- **Strategy:** Collaborate with the CRM Manager to develop customer engagement and retention strategies across our Irish, Australian, and US markets.
- **Channel Management:** Support the delivery of CRM activity across multiple channels, including triggered communications, reminders, newsletters, and wider CRM projects.
- **Journey Design:** Design, update, and implement customer journeys that support new initiatives and evolving customer needs.
- **Market Insight:** Use market research, competitor analysis, and industry trends to bring fresh ideas and innovation to the team.
- **Segmentation:** Partner with analytics teams to develop customer segmentation and translate insights into targeted CRM audiences.

### About You

- Previous experience working in CRM, with a desire to take the next step in your career or embrace a new challenge.

- Ability to use customer insights and external trends to identify opportunities that add value for customers.
- Strong curiosity about customer behaviour and how CRM can drive long-term engagement and loyalty.
- Collaborative approach with experience working effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Experience using CRM platforms and Email Service Providers, ideally Sailthru.
- Experience using reporting and analytics platforms such as Tableau and Sailthru Analytics.
- Familiarity with Canva or other design tools would be beneficial.
