Fractional Head of District Partnership Sales
Job Description
Director of District Partnerships
Role Overview
We're seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of District Partnerships to join our growing team. As we scale and bring on more school districts, you will play a pivotal role in designing and building out our future sales organization. This means you'll be instrumental in expanding Streamline's reach, building strong relationships with special education directors and district leadership, driving the adoption of our platform nationwide, and shaping the sales strategy for years to come.

- 3+ years of experience in a sales leadership or management role, with a proven ability to lead and contribute strategically.
- Deep understanding of the special education landscape, including common challenges, regulatory requirements, and funding mechanisms.
- High empathy and emotional intelligence, the ability to understand customer goals and find workable solutions to their needs.
- Demonstrated success in exceeding sales quotas as both an individual contributor and a leader.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with high-level executives.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical abilities, with a data-driven approach to sales and a knack for identifying growth opportunities.
- Highly organized and self-motivated, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.
- Proficiency in HubSpot CRM software and other sales enablement tools.
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in Education, Business, or a related field preferred, not required.
- Ability to travel as needed (approximately 25-40% for conferences).
