Job Description
Senior Graphic Designer (Social Media/Email) - Contract
Work Arrangement: Remote, United States, Contract
Hours: 20 hours with up to 40 hours through the end of Q4
Compensation: $50-$80/hr
Responsibilities:
- Working with senior staff, including Senior Graphic Designers and Copywriters, to autonomously execute paid social creative.
- Flexing into email design as needed.
- Collaborating with channel partners to test and iterate on ideas quickly, leveraging data and insights to inform creative decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 5-7+ years of experience
- Experience in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
- Background in designing for paid social creative (email is a plus), with a portfolio to demonstrate those skills
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Highly collaborative, a self-starter, and low ego
Nice to Have:
- Experience designing for a brand that serves our demographic: parents of younger children
- Experience working on paid social in a high-growth company or agency environment
- Experience with email design to support CRM channels
- Experience with Klaviyo or similar CRM platforms
