    • My role extends well beyond traditional recruiting—I’ve been instrumental in shaping our talent strategy from the ground up. By closely partnering with our first-time Series B founder/CEO and the Board, I successfully helped nearly double the team in under two years. This was achieved through a scrappy and creative approach across Engineering, Go-to-Market, and Manufacturing/Ops.
    • I built out our leadership team without relying on external search firms, owning the process from start to finish. I’m hands-on and balance that with coaching, which earned me the nickname "Talent Therapist." I've got an eye for talent and a knack for people.
