    • Instituted and automated corporate budget and ongoing forecasting process, balancing zero-based budget modeling against top-down corporate objectives
    • Developed long-range, 3-year plan with strategic finance team and built out by-product P&Ls and operating metrics across Watermark's suite of 10+ product segments
