    Instacart is a 4-sided marketplace for food delivery based in San Francisco. They appointed me as Director of Engineering and Product Manager for the Growth Acquisition team (one of the 2 most important teams in the entire company) after they acquired my company MightySignal.

    • Founded Growth Acquisition team, led both engineering and product, and grew team from 1 to 30.
    • We improved the technical systems for all of Instacartโ€™s consumer acquisition channelsโ€”including paid marketing, virality, offline, and SEO.
    • Also led the Bar Raiser program for recruiting and had 80% close rate for eng candidates for my team.
    • Cut paid marketing CPA by 50% in only a few months!
