Fractional CTO – Hands-On Leadership for Scale-Up Success

I’m a tactical, hands-on CTO with over 20 years of experience building, scaling, and optimizing technology organizations. As a 3x founder with 2 successful exits, I know firsthand what it takes to go from an idea on paper to a product in market—and then scale it into a thriving business.

What I Bring to the Table

  • Proven Scale-Up Experience: Built and scaled engineering teams from the ground up—growing from 0 to 45+ engineers across multiple companies.
  • Founder’s Mindset: Launched and led three startups, successfully exiting two, giving me a unique balance of technical depth and business pragmatism.
  • AI-First Mentality: The past two years I’ve been deeply focused on AI—working directly with models, designing architectures, and deploying voice and chat AI solutions. Beyond building capabilities, I specialize in optimizing engineering deployment using coding agents and automations, bringing cutting-edge efficiency to product development.
  • Full Lifecycle Delivery: From concept to execution, I can design, build, manage, and deliver complex software systems across a wide range of industries.
  • Diverse Market Knowledge: Spent nearly a decade building startups (both my own and others), 10 years in consulting, and 2 years in M&A, giving me a rare perspective on strategy, execution, and outcomes.

Why Work With Me?

I partner with scaling companies that need more than advice—they need execution. Whether you’re building your first engineering team, optimizing delivery, or tackling technical debt while accelerating growth, I provide practical leadership that gets results. My approach blends strategic foresight with tactical execution, ensuring technology is a driver of growth, not a bottleneck.

If you’re a founder, CEO, or investor looking for a fractional CTO who can roll up their sleeves, build high-performing teams, and deliver software that scales, let’s talk.
