  • Led an MBA consulting project for Sapphire Ventures focused on enterprise AI go-to-market and scaling strategies — synthesized market trends, customer segments, and competitive landscape into an actionable GTM playbook.
  • Built financial and unit-economics models (ARR, CAC, LTV, burn/sensitivity scenarios) to evaluate growth pathways for post–product-market-fit startups and to stress-test potential investment cases.
