→ For one of the world’s top football clubs, I helped shape a groundbreaking new venture studio and launch a portfolio of sports-related startups. This endeavor created an entirely new revenue stream by leveraging the club’s existing assets and expertise.

→ For an invitation-only crypto exchange founded by Goldman Sachs execs, I led the design of the entire trading platform for UHNW investors. The company was subsequently acquired the following year.

→ For a major CoLiving startup, I conducted holistic business assessments, mapped comprehensive digital ecosystems, and concept-designed all digital touchpoints across operations, booking/lease management, and services.
