## Fractional Head of Finance (1–2 Days per Week)

**FCA-Regulated Fintech | Ealing / Hybrid**

This is **not** a day-to-day accounting role. Instead, you will work alongside our Finance team and CEO to strengthen financial reporting, challenge controls, review month-end close and help build a scalable Finance function.

### Typical Responsibilities

- Review monthly management accounts.
- Review General Ledger integrity.
- Review balance sheet reconciliations.
- Support month-end sign-off.
- Review financial controls and governance.
- Support safeguarding-related financial oversight.
- Coach and mentor the Finance team.
- Support external audit.
- Advise the CEO on finance governance and improvement opportunities.

### Ideal Background

Experience within one or more of:

- FCA-regulated Financial Services
- Payments
- EMI
- Banking
- FX
- Financial Controller
- Head of Finance
- Finance Director

### We are looking for someone who enjoys

### Working Arrangement
