That's what I do. I'm a business and product-focused engineering leader who partners with non-technical founders to bridge the gap between what they want to build and how it gets built. I start by deeply understanding the business — the model, the product, the team, the co-founder vision — and then I propose and execute on technical strategy, hiring plans, product roadmaps, vendor assessments, and systems integrations.
I'm hands-on across all of it. I write code, architect infrastructure, hire and build engineering/product/design teams, set up development processes, and manage vendor relationships. I've co-founded companies (Get In Contract, Ink), been the founding engineer at startups that hit major scale (Mirror, acquired by Lululemon; Sixup), and stepped into existing engineering orgs to restructure and scale them (Candid, Jawbone).
