Early Stage Startup Marketing & Growth
I've spent a decade in startups - from the 3rd hire at a bootstrapped startup to Series C, with two startups leading to acquisitions. My sweet spot is operating in the early stage ambiguity and rebooting or building your zero-to-one marketing and growth engine.
Whether its at the 10k ft strategy level or in the trenches executing, I'm a strategic generalist who's had my hand in a little big of everything at the early stage. My fractional roles focus on Head of Marketing/P…

Wallaroo.AI
Fractional Head of Marketing
Jan 2024 - Present
Wallaroo.AI had nearly zero marketing support, with a failed prior marketing motion. There was no internal positioning and messaging with unoptimized tooling and paid ad strategies costing them 100k+ of unnecessary expenses. The traffic was coming in, but not the right traffic - not their ideal customer. Not only were they starting from scratch, they were repairing a broken marketing engine - all with little runway. My primary goal to start - rebuild their marketing foundation and refreshing their brand identity to present a polished front. We aligned on an iterative strategy to incrementally to lift a broad stretch of assets at once, giving them the velocity and breadth they needed within their scope and budget. First we rebooted their website and brand with nearly zero budget within their existing resource constraints. This is an active project and we are continuing to iterate rebuilding their foundation.
- Refreshed and polished their brand with no budget.
- Cut 100k of unnecessary marketing expenses.
LeadIQ
Fractional Head of Product Marketing
Sep 2023 - Feb 2024
LeadIQ was an established Series B who struggled to articulate their narrative across their product suite. I refreshed their positioning and messaging, setting them up to focus in a new direction - buying signals. We rebuilt their product marketing function and GTM framework for product launches from the ground up, effectively boosting adoption and engagement across the customer lifecycle.
- Partnered across Product, Marketing and C-Suite to align around new positioning and messaging.
