  • Built all end-to-end operations processes at company launch for our home delivery DME service that enabled providers and patients to order insurance-covered DME products and receive them at home in < 3 days.
  • Developed Tomorrow's standard of patient care, including building, scaling, and training the Care Advocate team, DME SMEs who provided a high-touch customer service experience with 96% Customer Satisfaction.
  • Led the Care Advocate team through our first major client launch. Scaled the team by 4x, implemented 24/7 support through a BPO, and managed growth in call volume from <20 to 2000 interactions/week.
