My most formative years were at YouCanBookMe, a bootstrapped product-led SaaS, where I owned the full customer experience for 1.5M users. I doubled activation rates, improved sign-up completion by 20% and reduced seasonal churn through iterative, data-informed changes. More recently at Uizard and Miro I've worked with small product trios and large partner ecosystems alike, shipping fast and keeping user voice at the centre of every decision.
