Increased the capacity of the technology organization by 250% and increased productivity by introducing both agile and product management best practices. Drove the implementation of robotic warehouse automation technology to drive a massive increase in efficiencies and quality for our logistics team and resulted in the award of a massive long-term DLA contract.
    • Managed relationships with all senior level executives and introduced both seamless backlog prioritization processes and regular reporting and action plan for key technology KPIs. Also drove the adoption of a hyper-accelerated recruiting process and rigorous performance management process.
    • Built out software engineering practice that delivered multiple tools to both our government agency partners and internal sales, procurement and finance teams. Helped secure multiple contract awards by delivering various eCommerce enhancements that drove significant value and efficiencies for the GSA agency.
