In the healthcare space, I led the development of the first-to-market Telehealth platform for hospitals and health systems used by many of the biggest health systems in the world. - In this internship I completed a rigorous clinical and written evaluation scoring in the top tenth percentile to be able to work with higher acuity patients. I interned through four different departments at St. John’s regional medical center: Telemetry, Rehab, Radiology, and ER assisting the clinical staff with patient care including feeding, changing, moving, transport, and discharge. I shadowed various clinical staff including nurses, physical therapists, radiology techs, ER techs, lab techs, and physicians.
