What the job involves
- As Interim VP of People, you'll play a pivotal role in developing a high-performance culture and supporting comprehensive people strategy
- Your mission will include a small people function, enhancing employee engagement, fostering learning and development, and championing diversity and inclusion
- This role will collaborate across the Executive Leadership team and play a key role in all elements of People and Culture at BR-DGE
