Who you are

• A strategic People leader with experience in highgrowth or scaling environments
• You will combine operational excellence with the ability to influence at all levels with a passion in building and establishing high performing, values driven teams
• Candidates must be available to commence the contract in May 2026

What the job involves

• As Interim VP of People, you'll play a pivotal role in developing a high-performance culture and supporting comprehensive people strategy
• Your mission will include a small people function, enhancing employee engagement, fostering learning and development, and championing diversity and inclusion
• This role will collaborate across the Executive Leadership team and play a key role in all elements of People and Culture at BR-DGE
