• Cedars-Sinai Acquisition Roadmap

  Created the technology playbook for Cedars-Sinai rapid expansion and acquisition in the outpatient care market across the Los Angeles area. I partnered with medical leadership to create technology roadmaps for major health acquisitions such as the Cardiovascular Medical Group of Beverly Hills, Marina Del Rey Hospital, and the Angeles Clinic. I created close relationships with each group to build consensus and ensure successful technical integration.

• Enterprise Pricing Application

  Developed a full stack Data environment suing Azure, Databricks, Elastic Search and custom angular web applications for use by 3000 clinical leaders. The application was a first of its kind in the Veterinary Services field and collates pricing and revenue data for millions of medical products and services. We executed this project using AI assisted development tools with a mixture of FTE and contract developers.

• CHE Behavioral Health EMR

  Designed, implemented, and supported the creation of a proprietary behavioral health EMR for a national behavioral health medical group. The product also seamlessly delivered progress notes to over a dozen home health EMRs without manual intervention using process automation custom code. The application was used by over 1000 providers and delivered content to over 1000 acute care settings.

• CareForce365

  Designed, implemented, supported, and optimized an enterprise level non-medical home health application in the Salesforce environment. The application matched profiles of over 14,000 caregivers and families while providing automation to a complex registration and approval process. This product led to continued 15% client growth while decreasing staff levels by 35%. It is also wona $2 million Medicaid grant from the state of California for its ability to expand access to services for under-served communities.
