Damon Feldman is a fractional advisor and executive coach with deep experience leading complex technology, data, and AI initiatives at scale. As founder of Advocara, he is building AI-driven tools that empower consumers to navigate healthcare systems with clarity and agency.
Previously, Damon served as VP of Customer Engineering at Hypermode, where he helped define and operationalize enterprise AI delivery models. At MarkLogic, he led the development of flagship products and personally drove some of the company’s largest and most complex technical sales and post-sale engagements.
His work spans major public- and private-sector efforts, including HealthCare.gov, U.S. intelligence data platforms, state Medicaid transformations, and large enterprise deployments. Damon partners with executives and teams on strategy, go-to-market execution, and organizational alignment, combining rigorous systems thinking with integrative executive coaching that helps leaders align values, ethics, and real-world decision-making.
Conceived of, defined, and led development of the Data Hub Framework (DHF), which soon drove much of company sales. Product addresses data integration, harmonization and retrieval. Positioned to make the underlying MarkLogic data platform easy to use and adopt.
