    • Selected to merge and transform the Talent Development and Diversity teams into a unified function. Built and executed a multi-year strategy that elevated manager capabilities, strengthened the leadership pipeline, and boosted engagement as Vertex scaled from 3,400 to 6,100 employees. Grew the team from 8 to 14 while raising team engagement scores.
    • Manager Capability: Introduced a manager excellence portfolio, which included Vertex's first foundational manager course for 1,600 managers, a redesigned multi-week experience for seasoned managers, and a new program for aspiring managers and team leaders.
    • Career Development & Learning: Launched new resources, processes, and learning offerings to enhance employee satisfaction with career growth and development.
    • Leadership Pipeline: Co-led succession and assignment planning for senior leaders and Director-level talent. Partnered with the Executive Committee to design and deliver the annual 2-day Senior Leader offsite.
    • DEI Strategy: Embedded inclusive practices into core talent processes, launched Vertex’s first Inclusion, Diversity & Equity curriculum, and introduced governance and operating procedures for Vertex’s five Employee Resource Networks.

    • Appointed as Infor’s first Global Head of Inclusion and Diversity, later expanding scope to Community Engagement and HR for Americas Sales & Services. Built the company’s inaugural I&D strategy, broadened community impact, and aligned talent practices with business priorities across 17,000+ employees. Managed a 12-person team (2 direct reports).
    • Inclusion & Diversity: Built Infor’s first global I&D strategy, including a company-wide curriculum and executive education on psychological safety, belonging, unconscious bias, and micro-messages. Established the Black at Infor Employee Resource Group and worked with a cross-functional team to introduce dashboards providing C-level visibility into talent KPIs and gaps.
    • Community Engagement: Launched global Community Engagement (CE) strategy and initiatives to expand volunteerism and established STEM partnerships to build diverse talent pipelines.
    • HR Leadership: Led the HR Business Partner team for Americas Sales and Services, partnering with the President, Head of Americas, and business leaders to design and execute talent strategies aligned with business objectives.
