    • Built a programmatic approach to CEO performance for 50+ OpCos, incorporating feedback, 360° reviews, and aligned competencies.
    • Developed processes for escalating CEO performance concerns, focusing on feedback triangulation, action planning, and communication with governance committees.

    • Built and scaled the People team to ten FTEs, covering Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Learning & Development, People Operations, and Licensing & Credentialing.
    • Grew the company from ~30 to ~125 FTEs/PTEs, focusing on clinical hiring for market launches in Texas, California, and Virginia. Managed employer branding and sourcing strategies.
