• Built and scaled the People team to ten FTEs, covering Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Learning & Development, People Operations, and Licensing & Credentialing.
• Grew the company from ~30 to ~125 FTEs/PTEs, focusing on clinical hiring for market launches in Texas, California, and Virginia. Managed employer branding and sourcing strategies.
• Developed an incentive-based pay structure for clinical teams to enhance productivity, partnerships, and patient outcomes.
• Launched a career progression framework and performance management process, improving team output and addressing low performance.
• Led an org-wide OKR rollout, increasing accountability and transparency through shared KPIs.
• Oversaw RIFs to preserve cash runway during fundraising challenges, optimizing core business areas.
• Stayed on as an Advisor at the CEO’s request to coach the executive team through subsequent RIFs and change management initiatives.
