Ben D.
Product & Technology Executive accelerating growth through platform strategy, product operating models, and hands‑on innovation
Twenty years in software, building products and the platforms underneath them.
I defined FanCapital's platform strategy from an early concept to a fan and commerce system now running Williams F1 Team and the U.S. SailGP Team, and built Slytrunk's product function from scratch into a 30-person studio. I also lead product for Trash Panda, an early-stage consumer venture, alongside that, so running product for more than one organization at once isn't new to me.
My background is engineering, and it still shapes how I work: I'm in the architecture conversation rather than inheriting decisions after they've been made. I use AI daily enough that it changes how much ground one person can cover. Fractional appeals because it lets me put that judgment against a focused problem without the overhead of a full-time seat. I'm at my best on 0→1 product work and platform strategy.
