Loop is a seed stage baby gear and toy rental business who's mission is to share in the joy of modern parenting. As parents, we knew there had to be a more sustainable, convenient and affordable way to raise a child. We all want the best for our babies, but we don’t want to deal with all the stuff: researching, buying, reselling, and storing when we only needed items for a few months. So we created Loop to help make parenting simpler and more enjoyable.

• Strategic member of the leadership team reporting directly to CEO. Helped simplify and streamline operational processes. Helped set the mission, vision, and values of the company. Improved margin by 20 points through partnership deals.

Maisonette is an online marketplace for high quality baby and kids products across every category; from apparel to gear to toys and home decor. Founded by two moms in 2017 with the goal of helping modern families raise the next generation, Maisonette carries over 1000 unique brands from around the globe, providing relevant, high quality product at every price point, and expert-led content tailored to every stage of parenthood.

• Negotiated and lead the expansion of vendors from less than 100 to over 1000 during my 4 years with the company. Managed a team of 21 across three functions both in person and remote. Wore many hats as we took the company from series A through series C.

Bloomingdale’s is America’s only nationwide, full-line, upscale department store and a division of Macy’s Inc. Currently we operate 37 department stores and an ever growing number of Bloomingdale’s The Outlet stores in 13 states as well as the always open and fashionable Bloomingdales.com. Bloomingdale’s also has an international presence in Dubai.
