Led end-to-end migration from multiple legacy systems to modern CRM/contract administration (Zoho/PCRS), enabling SOX/PCI compliance, $300k+ in annual vendor savings, new sales channels, digital self service capabilities, and operational efficiency and customer experience enhancements.

I delivered several transformative features including the rollout of a new client authentication platform across Schwab.com, design and build-out of security center and access recovery functionalities including 2fa to provide customers with better security and management of their account access, SSO to support retirement account and account aggregator integrations (mint.com), and brokerage account open to improve conversion, funding, and reduce operational cost.

Performed business analysis, user research, and prototype testing to support the Rent A Ride team at BMW Motorrad to enhance the Rent A Ride experience and drive successful launch of Rent A Ride in new markets. Provided insights into region specific user behaviors, market segmentation and personas, recommended GTM strategies, and a roadmap for future development efforts.

Led project as single threaded owner/Program owner to launch Exposure IQ, a SaaS solution for insurance risk management. Led three engineering teams to deliver a successful launch in a tight timeline for the client. Led and refined MVP definition, delivery ownership, and incorporated alpha and beta testing phases with clients to ensure we delivered meaningful value at launch and gained long term contracts prior to GA.

Exposure IQ revolutionized the risk management product space through incorporating world class UX, and enhancing the end to end risk management workflow from data import and mapping, to risk analysis and live event response.
